Stew

Literally a pot full of meat. The veggies are purely decorative. Stewed in garlic pickle juice and the pickles. 

 

Another chicken wok

This was delicious. Sesame seed oil, soy sauce, teriyaki and fresh garlic. Server with horseradish mashed potatoes. 

 

Hedgehogs!

A few changes from usual:

I used a lot more crushed garlic and it still wasn't enough. I also used "extra strong" (lies) horseradish. It resulted in an amazing smell but no taste. 

Also used eggs this time. Eggs made the hedgehogs much fluffier (note to self: use eggs).

Garlic + horseradish mashed potatoes with mixed in mushrooms and peppers. 

 

Chicken wok

Tenderized boneless chicken breast, soy sauce, teriyaki, garlic, and a touch of sesame oil. Over garlic mashed potatoes. Mmm.
