The ultimate lazy dinner

Some sort of superstore sausage done on a Teflon pan. And because I couldn't be bothered to reheat the mashed potatoes in the fridge, I just got some sprouts. Yeah....

Anyway, it was surprisingly delicious. And sort of healthy. I think.

Mushroom burger

Portabella mushroom, ground sirloin, onion between, and jalapeño Monterey Jack. And mashed potatoes.

This was a pork thing. Stuffed with something. I never figured out what it was stuffed with. It was surprisingly good.
